About Us

JAX Tents & Rentals is an event rental company in Jacksonville, Florida. We supply the tents, seating, tables, linens, dance floors, and décor that turn a backyard, a park, or a plain hall into somewhere worth gathering.

What we do

Weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, graduations, church events, company parties, memorials — we have set up for all of them. Whatever the occasion, the job is the same: turn up on time, put it up properly, and take it away afterwards so you can spend the day at your own event instead of working it.

How we work

Everything is delivered by our own crew. You tell us the date, the venue address, and roughly how many people; we tell you what will fit and what it costs.

We are local

Our warehouse is on the Westside, our crew is from here, and we know what Jacksonville venues are like to work in and what the weather does in August. If something needs sorting out on the day, we are twenty minutes away rather than a dispatch office in another state.
